Ele trabalha no Marcus Autism Center desde 2006, onde ocupou v\u00e1rios cargos como cl\u00ednico e l\u00edder de programas cl\u00ednicos. Atualmente, ele atua como Diretor de Assuntos Cl\u00ednicos e Vice-Presidente Interino do centro. Ela ingressou na funda\u00e7\u00e3o em 2012, depois de atuar no Conselho Consultivo Cient\u00edfico da SFARI. Sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o inclui gerenciar o programa de pesquisa em indiv\u00edduos com autismo e outros dist\u00farbios do neurodesenvolvimento, avaliar oportunidades para desenvolver novos tratamentos, incluindo medicamentos como o arbaclofeno, e desenvolver novas medidas de resultados para avaliar a efic\u00e1cia desses tratamentos. Charlotte DiStefano \u00e9 uma psic\u00f3loga cl\u00ednica especializada em dist\u00farbios do neurodesenvolvimento e s\u00edndromes neurogen\u00e9ticas relacionadas. A Dra. Charlotte DiStefano recebeu seu Ph.D. em Estudos Psicol\u00f3gicos em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o pela Universidade da Calif\u00f3rnia em Los Angeles. Tally recebeu certifica\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada em Pediatria da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana de Terapia Ocupacional. Ela \u00e9 professora assistente no Departamento de Ci\u00eancias Psicol\u00f3gicas da Tarleton State University, onde sua pesquisa se concentra em unir a bolsa de estudos acad\u00eamica \u00e0s necessidades da comunidade e ao acesso de pessoas com defici\u00eancias. Trina faz parte da diretoria da SETBP1 Society desde seu in\u00edcio; essa parceria se transformou em um projeto de pesquisa colaborativa em andamento com a comunidade SETBP1 HD. Em seguida, ele passou seis anos no University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center como bolsista de p\u00f3s-doutorado. Seu trabalho de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-doutorado concentrou-se na regula\u00e7\u00e3o molecular em doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares. Em 2013, ele abriu seu pr\u00f3prio laborat\u00f3rio na Universidade de Iowa. O Dr. Grueter dedicou seus esfor\u00e7os de pesquisa para elucidar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o do subm\u00f3dulo Mediator kinase na doen\u00e7a cardiovascular usando modelos de camundongos geneticamente modificados.
